Full Scale Aerospace Test and Training Devices

COCKPIT SIMULATOR STRUCTURES

Cockpit simulator structures have been produced to interface with customer control and display panels. These structures are made using metal and/or composites materials and simulate aircraft cockpits in all visual and ergonomic respects.

COCKPIT ESCAPE SYSTEMS SLED TEST

ATI has designed, analyzed, and fabricated cockpit escape system sled test articles. The Boeing Joint Strike Fighter Sled Test Article was produced using cost effective "best commercial practices" for testing at the Martin-Baker Aircraft sled test facilities.

TRAINING AIDS & MOCKUPS

Engineering and training repair and maintenance training stations are also part of ATI's vast array of products. These metal and composite structures interface with customer hardware and electronics to help train and instruct maintenance and personnel.

TOOLING

Both soft and hard male and female tooling is produced at ATI. Large tooling can be CNC machined from customer supplied data using ATI's 3-axis AWEA CNC machine with travel in the "X" axis of 157 inches, "Y" axis of 82 inches and "Z" axis of 30 inches. ATI uses a variety of materials to produce tools that can be used at room or elevated high temperature cure cycles.
